The Role
As a Sales Solution Architect at Servant, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and our clients' business needs. You will work closely with our sales team to design and propose tailored digital solutions, leveraging your technical expertise to support the entire sales process.
Responsibilities:
Technical Solution Design: Analyze client needs and design custom digital solutions. Create detailed technical proposals and project scopes. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
Client SME: In collaboration with the Sales Lead act as a trusted technical advisor to clients. Educate clients on emerging technologies and industry trends. Build and maintain strong client relationships through technical expertise.
Sales Support: Actively participate in sales meetings and pitches. Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. Translate client requirements into actionable project plans. Assist in identifying upsell opportunities within existing clients.
