The Role
We are seeking a Technology Lead / Solution Architect to oversee the architecture, integrations, security, and long-term technology strategy for our Grant Management System (GMS). This role is pivotal in shaping enterprise IT strategy, ensuring cloud security best practices, and driving technology solutions across Grant and Customer Relationship Management platforms. With heavy AI integration. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the overarching technology strategy for GMS, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect and oversee system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across enterprise applications.
- Establish and enforce security best practices, focusing on cloud security, identity management, and compliance.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions within Salesforce and Palantir ecosystems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, IT professionals, and external partners, to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture roadmaps, and system blueprints.
- Monitor emerging technologies and trends to ensure the organization remains ahead of industry advancements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, solution architecture, or enterprise IT strategy.
- Expertise in cloud security principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Proven experience with Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration.
- Experience with grant management systems and AI.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT strategy, governance, and risk management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across technical and business teams.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and secure IT solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Certifications in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect).
- Experience with enterprise cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and data analytics platforms.
- Previous experience in an enterprise IT leadership role within a global organization.
