Reporting to the CEO/Visionary, our ideal VP of Digital Solutions would have experience in the tech or consulting world but is ready to take their skills and abilities to the next level.

The VP of Digital Solutions will be a motivated leader who will inspire a diverse, cross-functional team to achieve delivery excellence and profitable revenue growth across a varied customer base that they would have personal responsibility for. As a leader of a business unit, they will build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions. They must have a proven track record in building culture in an organization with a virtual staff.

THE ROLE

Responsibilities

Leadership, Management, and Accountability

  • Partner with owners to carry out company vision and directive
  • Ensure delivery of the brand promise to the customer
  • Earn and maintain customer trust through successful project execution
  • Manage and grow revenue across a portfolio of accounts
  • Partner with the leadership team to pursue and acquire new accounts
  • Oversee the profitability of the business unit
  • Oversee the consulting disciplines and services offered

Implementation

  • Instill all Servant core values company wide
  • Instills a culture of coaching, mentoring, and development throughout the organization
  • Growth of the business unit through account acquisition and account expansion
  • Manage bench strength, staffing levels, team utilization, skill development, and team health
  • Manage a leadership team that ensures on-time project delivery, project success and strong customer advocacy
  • Support sales pursuits established by the growth team
  • Develop sales collateral in the form of case studies, customer references, and service offerings

Qualifications

Required

  • Has at least seven (7) years of demonstrated success working with customers and clients to drive profitable revenue growth
  • Has had demonstrated success leading and growing organizations through explosive growth phases
  • Has experience managing a P&L of at least five (5) million dollars
  • Has experience leading at an executive level in a technology company or domain
  • Is comfortable working in a virtual office environment

Preferred

  • Has experience in professional services
  • Has experience building digital solutions

Desired

  • Is experienced operating within EOS®
